The staff was incredible attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Location couldn't be better: less than 10 minutes from Mishima Station and easy access to anywhere in Mishima city. The onsen and other areas of the 12th floor were really clean, organized and relaxing. They limit the amount of plastic waste by allowing the guest to pick for themselves whatever they may need as many times as they want on the 1st floor instead of inside the rooms: toothbrush, hair brush, shaver, etc. Instead of a yukata, they have a really comfortable and light homewear (half sleeve + ankle long bottoms) that you can use everywhere inside the Inn. I didn't added the breakfast, so I can't rate it.

Love Dormy Inns and this was our 2nd one. Of the 3 inns we stayed at this one was not as clean as the others. There was a floor stain where someone had spilled coffee? And some splatter on the wall in a corner that had not been cleaned. Other than this, it was clean. The staff was exceptional. My husband has big feet and when he went to get ramen, the chef asked a staff person to get XL slippers and then he personally offered them to my husband. Then the next morning, our family was about to walk to the station in the pouring rain and the staff came and offered us free umbrellas to take with us!

Close to shinkanzen and bus stop, so easy to get there, nice room, looked like it was described, clean, nice and friendly staff, enjoyable onsen (especially when I got it all by myself in the middle of the day), peaceful environment, good breakfast, and wheelchair friendly. My room was wheelchair accessible, and there was a small step up to the onsen area, but I managed to get there and enjoy it without help (can only talk about the female section). Good place to stay if visiting the Hakone area, wanting to see Mishima.

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. We were able to view Mount Fuji from our rooms when the sky was clear. The room was cozy with comfortable bed. Free ramen was provided as supper at night. The onsen was good with free ice-cream provided. The washing machines were free of charge. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Although the breakfast costed additional JPY 1800 per person per day, I found it's worth the money. The breakfast was tasty and exquisite. It was a good experience with Dormy Inn.

Location was great. My room (813) faced Mt Fugi and the shinkansen tacks. You could have a cold beer and look at the trains. The hot spring baths view on the top floor was superb with the town, Mt Fugi, shinkansens etc on view from the bath. Mishima is a great place to explore and keep walking to see after you see the gardens etc. I walked through many neighborhoods and saw many wonderful, shops, houses, parks, canals, local people. Keep walking....!
