Staying at a Dormy Inn is a great experience. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, including loungewear you can wear in the hotel. There are separate male and female onsen areas with views of Mt Fuji. The female onsen had an indoor pool, small outdoor pool, cold pool, sauna, and plenty of showers, lockers and hair drying areas. There are also coin operated laundry machines in the onsen areas. There is a communal relaxation room with massage chairs overlooking trains, which was great. Really loved the free popsicles, Yakult drinks and late night ramen. Can see why the Japanese love Dormy!

Love Dormy Inns and this was our 2nd one. Of the 3 inns we stayed at this one was not as clean as the others. There was a floor stain where someone had spilled coffee? And some splatter on the wall in a corner that had not been cleaned. Other than this, it was clean. The staff was exceptional. My husband has big feet and when he went to get ramen, the chef asked a staff person to get XL slippers and then he personally offered them to my husband. Then the next morning, our family was about to walk to the station in the pouring rain and the staff came and offered us free umbrellas to take with us!

Great facilities. As someone from Australia who has never experienced Onsen and thought I would be too nervous but egged on by my 12 yr old daughter we plucked up the courage and went and experienced it. This coupled with the massage chairs and free ice blocks were a great way of spending an evening between our Mt Fuji adventure and catching the Shinkansen back to Tokyo the next morning. The staff were great and ordered a taxi for us to get to an Easter Sunday Mass at the local Catholic Church when I was unable to get one with the Didi app Convenient to the station .

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. We were able to view Mount Fuji from our rooms when the sky was clear. The room was cozy with comfortable bed. Free ramen was provided as supper at night. The onsen was good with free ice-cream provided. The washing machines were free of charge. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Although the breakfast costed additional JPY 1800 per person per day, I found it's worth the money. The breakfast was tasty and exquisite. It was a good experience with Dormy Inn.

The location so close to the main station/bus terminal and the city center is perfect. The room is modern, well-equipped and comes with a comfortable mattress as well as a nice bathroom. The SPA area/Onsen bath in the 12 floor is so relaxing and has great view at the Mt. Fuji. They offer so many free amenities such as ice cream pops, massage chairs, midnight ramen, welcome snacks and many more. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in a little bit earlier.
